Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we have started work on your brief, you get a full refund.
After work has started
Once concepts or first drafts have been shared, the amount paid covers the work already done and is not refundable. If you cancel at this stage, we hand over the work completed so far on request.
After delivery
No refund is possible once final files have been delivered and approved.
If we cannot deliver
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order, we refund the full amount paid for the work not delivered.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI / bank account / card). It may take a few more days for your bank to show the credit.
