1. Services
We provide graphic and digital design services: branding, logos, packaging, social media creatives, marketing material, video and motion, web, e-commerce, print and presentation design. The scope of each order is the package you choose on our website or the quote we share with you.
2. Prices and GST
All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Prices shown as a range are starting prices; if your brief needs more work than the package, we confirm the difference with you before starting. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
3. Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment (full or the advance shown at checkout) is received and verified. Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer or the online payment options shown at checkout. Any balance is payable before final files are delivered.
4. Your inputs
You agree to share accurate content, product details, logos and approvals on time. Timelines start after we receive payment and a complete brief, and pause while we wait for your feedback.
5. Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds mentioned in the package or quote. Extra rounds or changes in scope are charged separately, only after your approval.
6. Ownership
On full payment, you own the final approved designs delivered to you. Draft concepts that were not selected stay with us. Fonts, stock images and third-party assets are subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
7. Printing and third parties
We deliver print-ready and digital files. Printing, production, platform approvals (for example Amazon) and ad spends are not included unless clearly stated in your order.
8. Liability
We check every file carefully, but please proof-read all text, prices and legal information before printing or publishing. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. Please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly.
